The 2006 Athlete-Scholar of the Year application is now available for downloading from the forms section of the website at USJF.

It is important to note that:

1. Deadline is Friday, September 1, 2006
2. Form should be completed using Adobe Acrobat Reader
3. Scholarships have been increased to:

1st place - $1,000
2nd place - $750
3rd place - $500

Please get the word out to qualified applicants.
